These terms cover your use of the Vaelor website and client portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Information on this website, including plans and price ranges, describes our services in general terms. It isn't an offer. The scope, price, timeline and other terms of any project or retainer are set out in a written proposal or agreement with each client. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Quotes

Submitting a quote request doesn't create an obligation for you or for us. Quotes are estimates until both sides accept a written proposal.

Client portal

• Portal accounts are created by us for our clients. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact details up to date.
• We may suspend access to protect the security of the portal or if an account is misused.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are due by the date shown on each invoice. Monthly retainers are invoiced each month on the agreed billing day until cancelled under your agreement. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Vaelor. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client's agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep this website and the portal available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
